CAAR Scholarship Program
Council for Australian-Arab Relations (CAAR) scholarships provide financial assistance to students from Arab league countries to study at postgraduate level at an Australian insitution. The scholarship program willfacailitate Masters or PhD students to undertake postgraduate coursework programs of 3-6 months, Postgraduate Certificate courses or Professional Development short courses at Australian universities during 2008-2009. The first round of scholarships will commence in February 2008. The second intake will be in July 2008. Scholarships will be aligned withe the following broad fields of study:
design, architecture and construction
business management, administration and public policy
natural resources and environmental science
health sciences, allied health and medical technology
mining, petroleum, oil and gas
strategic diplomacy and defence
political science
